With any purchase at David East Jewellers Online we deliver your purchase to you in a working and new condition without fault or damage. In the event that you receive your purchase from us damaged or faulty, you are entitled to return your purchase to David East Jewellers Online in the condition that you received them. You must notify us if you have received a damaged product and must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. The item will then be assessed, that may result in a credit note, replacement, repaired or a full refund of the purchase price which will be the discretion of David East Jewellers Online.
If you receive the wrong item or an item that does not match the description of what was ordered and you’re not satisfied with the quality, David East Jewellers Online will accept items for replacement with the correct item, exchange or credit note if returned in saleable condition, with the original sales receipt, all original packaging, correct and corresponding certificates and valuation and must be returned within 14 days of the received date.
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we may at our discretion, accept items for exchange or credit note if returned under the same conditions but there is no guarantee or may result in a restocking fee of up to twenty percent of the purchase price. By Law we do not have to except returns if you have simply changed your mind unless there is a major problem with the product received.
Costs and liabilities relating to the return shipping of exchange items are at the risk and expense of the customer sending them. If a customer is returning an item to David East Jewellers Online and is not received, the responsibility is on the customer to provide appropriate insurance for the item while in transit to us.
